When you use Vet Cura, we collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your pets (species, breed, medical history, vaccinations and treatment records).

For veterinary hospitals, laboratories and staff, we collect business and account information required to operate the platform.

We automatically collect certain technical information such as device type, browser, IP address and session data through secure cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain and improve the Vet Cura platform — including managing veterinary journals, appointments, prescriptions, lab results, the webshop and pet owner portals.

We use account and contact information to authenticate you, communicate important service updates and respond to support requests.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying data to analyse usage and improve our products.

Vet Cura offers an optional Marketing Hub that lets authorised hospital administrators connect their own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok business advertising accounts.

When you choose to connect these accounts, we use the official Meta Marketing API and TikTok Business API. We request only the permissions needed to create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf, and access tokens are stored securely.

We do not post, advertise or access your social media accounts unless you explicitly connect them and initiate a campaign. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from within the platform, which revokes our stored access.

We use strictly necessary, cookie-based session authentication to keep you securely signed in. These cookies are essential for the platform to function and cannot be disabled while using authenticated areas of the service.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies to track you across other websites.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service: with the veterinary hospitals and laboratories within your care network, and with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (for example email delivery, payment processing and advertising platforms you connect).

These providers may include Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and Meta/TikTok (only for accounts you connect). Each processes data under their own terms and applicable data protection agreements.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the platform.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations.

We protect your data using encryption in transit, encrypted journals, access controls and secure infrastructure. While no system is completely secure, we work continuously to safeguard your information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. Vet Cura is committed to GDPR compliance.
